Job description:
- Die forging hammer know-how
- Operation of mechanical presses for deburring, bending of charge and forgings
- Replacing the forging and deburring tool when changing the forged parts
- Operation of the induction heater for heating the forging charge
- Operation of the gas heater for heating the forging charge
- Visual inspection of the forged piece
- Preparation of forged parts for control measurement
- Work in a three-shift system
- On-the-job training
Requirements:
- Ability to operate presses that de-burr the parts
- Ability to react appropriately to possible errors in feeding the charge,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Communication skills, reliability and sense of duty,
- Caring for the proper technical condition of machines and order in the workplace,
- Honesty and conscientiousness
